Trying to get into the Willow Feeder movie Kickstarter support forum

If you are unable to get into The Willow feeder Movie Kickstarter Support Forum...

This is a place for folks who are having trouble accessing the Kickstarter Support Forum to ask questions, watch permies magic tricks happen, and in most cases, witness the world becoming a better, shinier place before their very eyes.

In 97.3% of cases, all problems are resolved when you add your kickstarter email address as a secondary email address in you permies account.  

Like this:

get your kickstarter email address from your kickstarter settings:







then add your kickstarter email address as a secondary email address for your permies account:









If that works for you, great!  If it doesn't or if you are the 2.7% who have some other challenge, leave a comment below and we'll get you sorted.

My guess is that a dozen of you had something wonky happen with your card, so you didn't get processed in the first hour.  We will bring you into the fold in two weeks.  For now, we took a bunch of people and added them to the forum to test to make sure it is working okay.

I am of the 2.7% that has added a secondary email address and yet still cannot access the willow feeder movie support forum. Please help!

I found that you did back the kickstarter with your secondary email.  

So you should be able to see https://permies.com/f/522/

Can you confirm that clicking on this results in some sort of problem?

Sometimes logging out and back in does the trick after adding the second email.

I'm also not able to access the info links but I think my problem is that I used my apple ID to log into Kickstarter instead of an email.

Sorry about this, but it is me again. My email is fixed, thank you, but there is nothing under 'My Stuff'/DM Threads I own apart from the book I purchased.

I think this is my problem. My card was initially declined due to fraud concern and I don’t have access. Happy to wait the couple weeks!

Hi Im signed up with my apple account.  Ive never had a problem in the past with Permies Kickstarters.  What do you need from me?

My guess is that you are all set.  A regular apple email works fine.  

In about a week, we will get the final list of backers from kickstarter and we will start handing out a few of the goodies.  

If, however, you are using the fancy "secure" ID from apple, which is designed to receive ONLY emails from kickstarter, then when we send THAT email a notice saying "here are your goodies!" then the secure stuff says "that isn't kickstarter, so I will throw this away".
