I'm planning out a year round greenhouse project and was thinking about pollination. The plan was to keep the greenhouse screened for venting purposes to keep pests, birds etc from getting in but I want and need the bees. If I were to place a hive external but adjacent to the greenhouse could I rig up some kind of system where I can toggle the entrance/exit to their hive to route either inside the greenhouse for pollination but otherwise to the outside world so they can forage and maintain a healthy hive. Anyone have experence with this kind of setup?
