Tight spacing for tiny potatoes

I watch this video on planting potatoes at 6 inch spacing, in order to produce more, smaller potatoes, rather than the equivalent mass of larger potatoes, in the same space.



I'm sold on the idea, but I don't know how wide he spaces his rows.
I'm also tempted to go even tighter, because smaller potatoes are usually more expensive, and they have a higher skin to flesh ratio than larger potatoes.
That said, I could just harvest earlier.

How much space would you put between rows of the potatoes were 6" apart?
