Do you know why windmills have two doors?

In 2003, the windmill in Ojos Negros (Teruel) exemplified the recovery of a town's cultural identity. That same year, Gerardo and Jesús allowed me to learn how this wind-powered machine worked, bequeathing to future generations a grain milling technique that harnessed the energy of wind currents.

Soundtrack available either in the original Spanish or auto-dubbed into English.

That’s a great example of how preserving traditional technology can keep a community’s history alive. Passing on knowledge like this ensures future generations stay connected to their cultural roots.
