Cleaning out the "junk drawers" for a moving sale.  Doing some yard sales and some online sales but reaching out to my permies pals too.  On ebay I will be selling miscellaneous lots with tons of auto, home, and crafting stuff.  I also have a TON of movies and tv show seasons as well.  Drop me a comment and I'll drop you a link.  Tell me what category would interest you and I'll fill up a box.  We can haggle on price.  I am aiming for zero waste.

Auto includes things like lights, tools, splash guards, seat covers, things light that.
Home includes small fixtures, baby outlet covers, outlets, switches, wire spools, etc.
crafts: chalk, lots of buttons, patches, thread, x-acto knife, etc.

When I cleared our junk drawers before a move, I emptied one drawer completely instead of picking through it, then wiped it out before anything went back. I sorted everything into four small piles: keep in that drawer, move to another room, pass along, and toss. Anything I had not used in a year and could not name a use for went in the pass-along pile. Small jars and a shallow tray kept the keepers from sliding back into a tangle, and I labeled the tray so the next person in the house knew where things belonged. Doing one drawer a day kept it manageable. — Mike V., Tulare County, CA
