Hello!

I haven't seen too many housing posts, least of all in a city, but I figured I'd give it a try since I'm really hoping to find a roommate who is value aligned.

House in North end Tacoma, 3 humans (2M, 1F, early 30s), with a nearly half acre yard where I have begun to grow a food forest. Many mature fruit trees and garden space and lots of room to grow more/get creative. Would love to experiment with natural building, working my way up to making a cob dwelling on the property. And if you have a project in mind, I'm happy to help make it happen. I've hosted a few community events, and would love to host more official workshops to bring homesteading skills to Tacoma (and keep learning myself!).

Room is approx 12x12, $800/month plus utilities. We aren't a co-op, but the house does have a family feel and we are hoping for someone who fits into that: kind, caring, considerate, clean, independent but interested in connecting and building community. I've posted on more traditional places (CL, FB) but would love to live with another "permie"!

If interested email me at caseyrwing@gmail.com - I can provide photos of the place and we can chat to see if it may be a good fit.
