Keep a pickle in the freezer?

Here’s how it works: Place a pickle in the freezer in a sealed plastic bag. Then when you’re about to serve a dish that would be great with a pickled finish, grab that frozen pickle and grate it using a cheese grater or a micro blade to add that sprinkle of pickle on top. It makes for the perfect tart topping on all of those creamy and fresh salads and soups that you love to make.
