Hi, can anybody please help me to identify these plants?

The first one is called "cau cau " by indigeous people , but i cannot find the scientific name ..... they say that this plant is good for people that cannot speak very well or have problems in pronounce words. They say that you need to pop the pod in your mouth and then you can speak well.

Do the leaves of the middle one have any smell when crushed ? It looks a lot like mint chocolate mint .
