Need help identifying

This started out as white egg like substance yesterday. When my customer stepped on it, it "melted". Today it is all flat and black. It looks like black mold, but black mold take 7 to 10 days to germinate. Can anyone please help me figure out what this is?

Maybe Tapioca slime ( Brefeldia maxima) or Chocolate Tube Slime (Stemonitis splendens)
