Very often I see an article in a magazine or news page "reporting" things I have known about for thirty years already . So , I want to start a thread for those . Like this one from NPR today :

I am a shelf egg eater, here in Italy we don't refrigerate. I'm glad you posted the article, hoping it's well written, I read somethings for the first time and found them interesting. I didn't know about countries that refrigertaed eggs.
