I try to follow this basic rule "all things in moderation", trouble seems to come upon us when we deny ourselves because we want to always eat healthy.
The longer we do this, the stronger those desires can become, then we will binge as we succumb to the cravings that were brought on by denying to partake of what we want at that moment.
At that point the body realizes it has been overloaded with "bad" things, sometimes this results in becoming ill.
