Although possible, it'll be hard to save the Colorado River. The US and Mexico have an agreement to not let any water be "wasted" into the ocean, hence why it has dried up. It's a huge basin with a lot of work, but still possible.

I don't get it. A whale wearing overalls? How does that even work? It's like a tiny ad wearing overalls.
