Namaste! I am Dakini Phoenix,
I moved to NY when I was 16 from a small town in Oregon as a self realized yogi. I travelled alone state to state observing nature, and learning how to become one with all on a pilgrimage healing from violence in the world.
I was a vegan for 16 years and had a very minimal footprint.
I am still living off the grid as a traveler...I strongly desire a commune to grow into and support.
I have values and a lifestyle that are in alignment with sustainability.
I have many years of experience growing varieties of foods (including fruit farms, wineries) from Hawaii to Pacific NW to New England growing conditions and environments.
I have been involved from start to finish (break ground, plant, grow, nurture, prune, harvest, and package/or bottle for farmers markets, and other markets.
I am great with people, make good use of time, DONT have any drug or alcohol habits. I have credible professional work history from activism working for Greenpeace, to child and animal care, land care, house, land and barn management.
WILLING TO LIVE ANYWHERE in U.S.
I am creative, fun loving, happy go lucky, considerate, and yogi style quiet, and my cat is too! My cat and I were living in Accord NY last winter taking care of an old farm house on 20 acres is being eventually converted into a community of dancers. While the only one living there assisting renovations, I met a wild Maine Coon cat. She became my friend. She is indoor /outdoor obviously she can survive the wild woods on her own. I have never met a cat that behaves better than a dog. A cat you can't force to do anything but my kitty friend communicates with me on psychic levels. I communicate with many animals this way but like humans some animals have shut down and are hard to reach sometimes... She doesn't smell, is NOT territorial, and mostly just sleeps. Together we are very peaceful neighbors, dwellers, and family members. We seek opportunity to live, work and grow with and into for a long term. We would like to become part of a family short term or long term. We migrate well and can live seasonally. We are adaptable and open to discovery, exploration, and team work.
You might question how adaptable a cat can be but we lived in loud artist commune, we lived 200 acre farms with other cats and animals and kids camps. We lived together in high end classy NYC apartment. We are very very adaptable to most all environments. please consider us
