I have a friend who isn't computer savvy, so I write on his behalf.
He's an older guy who could retire in a year or three, but that would be boring and that's not for him. He's just not ready to be an old timer!

He's an absolute savant when it comes to fixing stuff.

I mean this----give him an engine or mechanical problem and he won't quit until he's figured it out, sometimes days later but he inevitably emerges triumphant from his quest--usually filthy and hungry too, lol.
He's also excellent at lawn and yard work, snow removal, cordwood and trees, and knows how to manage his time efficiently to keep ahead of these tasks.

Got wonky plumbing or electrical systems? He's your man. Need a fantabulous tile job? siding, windows or roofing fixed?
He fixes diesels, washing machines, hot tubs and water systems, antenna/cable stuff, snow blowers and lawn mowers, etc etc etc.

He needs a private space to call home, semi part time work, and yummy omnivorous food and friendly folks.
Also he is a yakker in the old time traditionl New England way, and one can learn tons and tons of old lore from him.

He needs a live-in gig asap, as his little house is being sold. He has an ancient car,(naturally) tons of tools and equipment and does not drink or smoke. no pets, no kids, and he's healthy and very fit.

oh and you cant have him forever, as I intend to buy another farm in five years.

Sounds like my kind of guy. But I don't need him yet. Maybe in a couple years, if I get my grant to expand maybe one.
