Hi folks, I think I know the answer to this, but I thought I'd check! Can I crumble up and re-wet leftover clay and perlite, which was mixed wet then dried out?

Yes, you most certainly can. Unless the clay has gotten over a thousand degrees F more or less (such as the inner lining of a heat riser), it will soften and be perfectly useable.
