Forest Garden Design Intensive in Australia March 25 - April 3 2016

What is your connection to the course? I'm seriously considering this - I have family in Melbourne and it would make a great excuse for me to come out. I don't have a PDC yet, which I hope is not a problem?

I'm organising the course and Dave's visit. I completed the Forest Garden Design Intensive with Dave in 2013, I was blown away by the forest garden information, but also by the really elegant design of the educational experience. My professional background is in education & psychology so I was tracking the educational process as much as the forest garden design information. Last year, I went to a teacher training event with Dave in Tennessee and invited Dave to come out to run this programme.

Dave doesn't require a PDC for the course, although obviously you'll get more out of the course the more you prepare & are aware of permaculture and forest garden information ... particularly reading as much as you can of Edible Forest Gardens. My guess is that as you've been checking out permies.com you are already interested in permaculture!

Ballarat is about 60 minutes drive from Melbourne, so visiting the relatives will be easy!
