How would you like to get your feet wet?
I have a property near Traverse City Michigan, it is 8 acres with a stream runnung 750 feet through the middle or it. Lots of Poplar, Basswood, and Cedar which means Morel mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, Shitake if you want. There are also Mulberries, Jerusalem Artichokes, a vineyard with Concord, Niagra, Foch, and Fredonia grapes. (good wine) Good soil, organic, healthy and alive, We are in the center of the fruit belt cherries, apples, plums, appricots, pears all within one mile. Ten different beaches within five miles. Four bedroon house, woodstove and propane heat. 28X32 pole barn. 2 car garage. I'm leaving all my hand tools and a tractor with implements. a piano and even a guitar. There is also a full milking parlor if you could use it, a leftover from my rotational grazing dairy days. You can do any PERMACULTURE thing you would like to try. Give me a call at (1-231-267-3066 or try commonsenseenergy@gmail.com

Howdy Marty, welcome to permies!

I was not sure by your post what you are asking for.

Are you selling, renting, just want a house sitter for a while, looking for a helper?

This is a copy of the original post. It doesn't answer the questions that Miles asked.
.......
Edit - There was a change. It's $750 per month. Thanks for the clarification. It's a rental.
