We are selling our hand built cordwood home. It sits on ten acres that are flat with a bluff on the north end, on top of the mountain. No ponds but has been witched to show water sources for drilling. Very efficient foot thick walls made with cedar and mortar. The mortar is hydraulic lime and quartz sand. Almost 2000 sf . Presently 1 bed 1 bath with a huge loft studio . The loft was designed to be easily converted to add 2 bedrooms and a bath. Wood cook stove as well as propane. The wood stove heats the hot water also. All appliances are staying and there will be an option to buy equipment. We have a BCS and other small homestead tools. There are two garden areas, one in the yard garden and a 1/4 acre deer fenced garden area. You will find perennial flowers, herbs and veg in the mix. There is a 30' hoop which is presently multi purpose. We have not gardened out there for a few years, it became the chicken run. Sandy Loam no rocks. Fox is a tight community with park, playground, community center, P.O., a good school and community built pre-school and a good volunteer FD. The nearest town would be Mtn View to the east and Leslie to the West. 1 1/2 hours to Harrison or Conway. A great central location that offers easy access to what you need while being in a rural community. This area is ripe for a young entrepeneur to start a market farm and contribute to the growth of the local market. You will thank yourself for having a comfortable home while you start that homestead! You can go to http://www.garlandcompany.com/arkansas/2100_JimmyCreekRd.m4v to see interior. $120,000. We are leaving the country so no financing help available.

Just in case Cynthia doesn't see your post, I do know that the property has sold.
It sold fairly quickly and I miss these friends in the area.
