Farming in fear documentary.

Yes, there is a lot to be afraid of:

-Fossil fuel interests using eminent domain to run a pipeline across your land

-Frackers setting up operations next to your land and ruining the local air and water quality

-Pipelines uphill from your land that spring a leak

-Coal operations that need a place to store their ash, pet coke, or other noxious materials

Feel free to add to my list, I'm going to go hide under my bed.

I just watched the main film (and went away and couldn't get back to the following commentary without starting all over). And yes, it is political...but the type of politics that farmers (particularly organic farmers) are facing in many parts of this country. Industrial Ag, and their bevy of bought politicians are trying to squeeze out the small family farms, and are resorting to all kinds of measures to this end.

I think that many of our users will benefit from watching this.
