FLORIDA:
I'm hoping to find something near Gainesville. I currently work in Melrose at Rooterville Animal Sanctuary. I can pay cash rent + part utilities and water. Would require a 20amp outlet and a spigot. I would also be willing to help develop the land with you. I hold a PDC from the Center for Bioregional Living currently.

Thanks!

Hope you find what you're looking for.
I had a thought you might want to consider, construction sites are always a great source of walkaway tools and materials. Just having a live presence might be a great deterent.
They usually have electric and water connections and plumbing. Maybe find a long-term project, do some permaculture style landscaping.
Currently going after a load down at Laredo, TX, I see fifthwheels and travel trailers setup near gates, security likely.

Thanks, I never thought about that. So far I might have a good option here in Melrose FL.
