Edible floating pond plants?

Does anyone know if there are edible pond plants which float on pond water (no need for having roots in sludge/dirt/soil)?

Water spinach (Ipomaea aquatica) is edible and delectable. Water hyacinth is also said to be edible although some people are allergic to it.
