It's common and I should know but, I haven't studied my grasses yet.

This grass is very soft and pleasant to the touch, scythes very nicely & makes for a very light colored and soft hay.
The seed heads are a beautiful purple which contrasts lovely with the surrounding greenery.

- What is it?
- What are it's benefits etc... ?
