Anyone out there use a Geothermal HVAC system? I've been reading about them and they seem like they would be a great way to reduce some
energy usage but they can be quite expensive. I'm curious what other peoples experiences have been with these types of systems and have a few general questions.
Did you install it yourself or hire a contractor? Cost?
Does it work as well as a regular HVAC system?
Do you use it to heat your
water? What supplemental water heating are you using?
Any other
experience you would like to share?
