What does the back of those leaves look like?

That looks more to me like insect damage than a disease.

I agree with Tyler....leaf miners. They love my nasturtiums.

This may explain why my chard planted by my calendula has been eviscerated by leaf miners this year.  

Don't let perfect be the enemy of good.
