Looking for land

My family is looking for land in the WA, OR, CA states. Were visualizing gravity fed water filling a 2in pipe or more with a drop of 65ft+, privacy, under 50in of rain and perhaps a stream? Id love if somone read this and had this prop for sale... the closer to the surf the better, but not on the coast (tsunami and fog issues)..

Figured id post to here in the slight chance grace will guide someone to read it.
