I particularly noted the comment about how on the internet every disagreement degrades into a room full of orangutans throwing feces at one another.  I'd really like to avoid that happening here, and refine the way we moderate to allow open discussion without challenging other people's core beliefs in a way that triggers an overly emotional and defensive response.
