Ticks on pigs (or any pasture critter)

I have 4 pigs in NJ who I'm always picking ticks off by hand. Internally: I use garlic and diatomaceous earth in my supplemental feed for my 4 pigs to prevent unwanted critters. Externally is a different story. Ticks are a problem here. Everywhere and everybody I talk to is little help. I have (17) guinea fowl already. It's just not enough. Lymes is my main concern. Does anybody have advice that they themselves have actually tried?

I use this little lifesaver to get ticks off our dog. It's very cheap and easy to use. It basically slides around the tick, then you lift the tick up really quick before the tick gets wind off what your doing. I out the website and more info below. Good luck.
