Creating a database of people looking for intentional community based on specific values or interests would be a start.  I'm flexible with plans for compensation, but would prefer something based on results where compensation happens after the match has proven to be a good fit.
 
That which doesn't kill us makes us stronger. I think a piece of pie wouldn't kill me. Tiny ad:
