Need small to rent or buy small bit of land in S. Ontario

I'm looking to buy or lease about 1 acre or less to expand my perenial gardens. I dont have much money I'm hoping to find something dirt cheap.
I will need the land by next spring and would like to secure it a.s.a.p.
Niagra region is the most convenient for me but I'll take what I can get.
