Hello all, The Wyoming Craigslist realty section has several listings for large tracts of
land that may be of interest to some of you. here are the links. ( may not be up for more than a month)
http://wyoming.craigslist.org/reo/2374955611.html http://www.landincorporated.com/Preview.aspx?pID=568bd063-abc6-4c48-8a81-effc4d69b9f3 http://www.wyomingmountainproperties.com/pdf/1600acrescrowheart.pdf The first two are in an area of Wyoming that is high mountain desert. Living here is not for the faint of heart. It would be a real challenge to practice
permaculture in these areas but I think it could be done.
The last one is a large tract of land in a slightly less hostile area. It is within the Wind River Indian Reservation so I am not sure how ownership works there. I thought I had seen some information about people practicing
permaculture on the reservation a while back but don't seem to be able to find it again. Anybody know of a contact there?
Anyway just thought it might be interesting to see if there would be any interest in starting a community in Wyoming.
