Outback flexmax 80a and Aims 4000w inverter/charger and Mate 2

Has anyone combined these units? I just got the Flexmax and Mate and it seems it can connect to an outback inverter, was hoping it could connect to the aims as well.

They wil be seperate as far as monitor and control. The aims probably communicates with modbus, so it could be written and hacked to coordinate. The aims are hard to pass for half the cash but will not play on the same system controller/monitor.

If you have the controller for the aims, you could at least split screen the interfaces.

Wow, i found that the aims isnt quite programable (has afew pre-sets), and has a remote display and on/off basically.

Seem to be good inverters though. Ahh Outback. T'would be nice.
