Can you move a posting?

If you've mistakenly posted under one topic, can you move the posting to a more appropriate topic?

I know that I can.  It might be possible for the author of the first post to move the whole thread.

Thank you for moving that fish farming post. I realized it was in the wrong topic, after I posted it, of course!
