Hi to all, I have a 10 acre property in the Trans-Pecos region of Texas USDA Zone 7b, in the most  Eastern corner of Reeves county about five minutes from the Pecos River. The land is desert scrub, undeveloped. Odessa-and Midland Texas, which has a great farmer's market, is about 1 hour 15 minutes away.  The town of Pecos is about a half hour drive away.   I think the location is ideal for an Earthship, figs, pomegranates and goats or barbary sheep and a living fence of mesquites to keep everything safe within.

I would like to sell this property within 90 days because I have my eye on a larger one, and I need some cash to work with.   I paid $5000 total for this property, you may have this property for a total price of  $ 4,000. Id like  $1,000 down, transfer costs at the end, about $150 when the total is paid) and $99 a month for 36 months until it is paid--oh and no financing fee.  I am the owner and I want to keep this a very straightforward and simple deal.

Last years taxes were maybe $60.00 total on the property. No leins on this property, it is free and clear.

I can send paperwork on the property, I dont have any pics of it, you should really go out and see it--its a couple hundred feet off of a county road, fairly private. For this part of the world I'd  build underground for your comfort--it does get hot, but it is beautiful if you are a lover of deserts..... Mike

Sorry I regret I do not have any pictures, or I would have been sure to have included them.  For a look at the general area I recommend following my directions and "flying" over the general area on Google Earth where the Pecos River ends in the Eastern most part of Reeves County. I am just a 10 minute walk or so South of the Pecos River at the county border.  For the seriously interested, I could send my plat and other directions on its location.

What kind of corn soldier are you? And don't say "kernel" - that's only for this tiny ad:
