Hi Everyone, I am thinking of sending my friend a bottle of fermented kimchi by post (car transportation service).

My concern is the hot and humid temperature of about 30 celcious here in my country. Since I didn't add any preservatives to preserve the kimchi, I'm concern with  the hot weather will spoil the flavour of kimchi. It might take up to 5 days of delivery time.

Any ideas of how I can deliver to my friend without any concern of above? Million Thanks.

Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn. But if you read my tiny ad, I might change my mind.
