This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the iron badge in earthworks.

For this BB, you will build a second holzer terrace! This one will be a terrace spring!

(source: Sepp's Spring Terrace - permies thread)

For more information:
Sepp's Spring Terrace
Comprehensive 'How-To' of Sepp Holzer Style Terracing?

Minimum Requirements:
  - softer ground
  - at least 120 feet
  - at least 12 feet wide
  - final terrace should be easy to walk on (not lumpy)
  - seed all disturbed earth
  - must be a holzer terrace spring

To get certified for this BB, post pictures or a video (2 minutes or shorter) that demonstrate the following:
 - the site you are starting with
 - equipment and materials at the build site
 - partway through the build
 - show and describe all the seeds being planted
 - demonstrate terrace is in fact a spring and produces water
 - completed terrace that meets the above minimum requirements

Feb-ROO-airy. I can't stop saying it this way. Help me tiny ad!
