I am looking for a land  contract or owner financing for at least five acres in Missouri. I am currently in the Ozarks and would like to stay in the region but am open to anywhere in the state. If there is a small parcel on your established farm you feel needs more stewardship and you can offer for a good price, I may be able to buy outright.  If there is a livable mobile or house I can afford a lot more than if I am building from the ground up. Just trying to find out what is out there that does not have tons of restrictions like most of the land I have found elsewhere.

Hi Gail,

Why are you limiting yourself to Missouri?  Arkansas is quite reasonably priced and at least where we live there are very few restrictions.  No building codes.  Nada.  Just a few restrictions from the local subdivision.  That is the exception not the rule.  If we were a couple miles down the road there are NO restrictions.

Best wishes on your search.
