Once we get a full time event coordinator, I think this will be something that we offer quarterly.

But the bottom line is that we can no longer just give a tour to anybody that comes by.  If we do a quickie tour, it can be done in five hours.  But a full tour with answering lots of questions, takes two days.

And we are understaffed.  

So we now offer this:  a quickie tour (five hours) for $250.   We will pass $150 of this on to a resident to give the tour.

Once we have an event coordinator, we can do a lot more.

What about a video tour? I learned LOADS from Geoff Lawton's farm tour.

There is a 5 hour video tour that was taken as part of the 2017 PDC and ATC courses. We are talking about having it as one of many rewards for our upcoming kickstarter.
