Hello,

I just got back from pulling some grass from my mulch bed and much to my surprise, in a crevice between logs, I found 3 little mushrooms!  The one in the pictures is the biggest one.  I put the other spawn back in place hoping that more mushrooms will grow.

So is this a little baby Wine Cap?  I got it early and it is smaller than my thumb so I can't be certain as of yet.

Thanks,

Eric

I will have to give you a thumbs up Eric. As they mature the cap spreads out and the stem gets longer but not much larger in diameter.
