Howdy - did the google search, nada.

Does anyone know if earth bags are allowable by code on Southern VI?

I'm quite smitten by many aspects of this building method - Mr Lightwon (who sounds Canadian btw) - http://earthbagdomehome.com

I dont want to waste time with this and dream up all kinds of things if sandbags/earthbags are not permissible. What a bear that would be.

Help?

Have you inspected any building codes there?
Is there an earthbag association you can link directly into?

Oh yes. Thats why I referenced the google search. I simply have hit a wall. I know that cob is allowed per code given the visual examples from the Tubes. But sand bags?

Nada. Hoping someone knows.
