I've been trying to find a FAQ or a thread that addresses this, but came up empty.
I am attempting to change my email address and password in the My Profile section. I entered the requested info, including my old password, and I got a message that a confirmation email was sent to my new address. However, I have not received that email. I've checked, double-checked, and triple-checked the email address I entered, checked my spam filter, waited 30 minutes, rechecked everything, but all to no avail. What else can I try?
I finally figured out the issue after I saw your email in my inbox list, but then it disappeared. I forgot that I have a filter set to move all of the emails from permies to its own folder. That's where both emails were hiding. Problem solved! Thanks!
