Looks good - tasty accompaniment to a summer salad.

On terminology though, those would be pickled cauliflower. Curried cauliflower is a completely different dish e.g. aloo and gobi curry is potato and cauliflower curry.

Regardless of that nitpicking, did you use raw or perhaps blanched cauliflower?

Raw cauliflower. It has softened considerably, but still has a little fresh crunch to it.

Re the terminology... I figured it was clear given I was posting in the fermentation section.
