40 acre Farm and Homestead for Sale!

My partner recently inherited his fathers 4 bed, 3 bath home which sits on 40 acres of land. It has been a cow farm until about two months ago when we sold the cows, but the land is very fertile and thriving. It is located in Rainsville, AL on Sand Mountain in Northern Alabama.
