Hi We just bought 10 acres of astounding views in Nevada County CA ...looking for Community Joiners ... the Land is a Plateau on the South end just found out the 1500 acre Cattle Ranch gave ALL Their Land to an Environmental Trust so there will never be a chance of condos right next door or a "cell tower" YAY! The Land has VIEWS of BOTH the Sierras & Coastal Ranges  360*...Just bought 7 Cedars , Sequoias & Thuja Trees ...there is already some here but mostly Pine & Oaks ...there is a Winter "Waterfall" &  ONLY 1 min to highway 20 yet FEELS FAR away close to "park n ride" 8 mins from downtown Grass Valley & 11 mins to Nevada City ...the Land has two buildings plus Our Home (small 1 bedroom) one building is a BIG "Sleeping Cabin" above the two covered Water Tanks (there's also a "Fire hose" just in case) We had a "automatic generator" installed so NO "black outs" the other building is a 12 X14 recording studio & there is a "Radio Tower" here because the previous Owners were" Mennonites " (so the Land is Clean) they ran a "Radio Show" from here so We would LOVE to do that too at some point ....We also have two BIG  "Chain Link" "cages" that have gates to each other inside ...So by next year ...We would LOVE Goats ...We moved here last Summer  Already several Fruit Tress established , Apples , Figs , Almonds, Kiwi, Nectarines, Apricots , Plum , Pomegranate & Olive ...planning to put a Big Greenhouse up to protect Food from "chemtrails" and save Water ...Our Well produces very well never a problem Water is Good here ...We are only 8 mins from the Yuba River Beautiful clean full of Pyrite so it feels AMAZING to sit in or swim ...also planning to put in "Debris Box" Pool/ or Pond or BOTH , We also have a "Custom Sea Container" (sewing room extra Guests etc) and are planning to buy Two more bigger ones ; this one is 20 foot ..We should have that all done by next Summer or at least that is the goal unless things with this insane gov. get crazier ..sigh...anyhow please let me know if You are interested ...We have a R.V hookup too and plenty of Water Spigots throughout Our Land..the fastest way to contact me is cell phone & please TEXT first  (415 636 06280) & leave a Good time to call You back as "telemarketers " are a pain...Care Infinite e.m.c

I guess this question goes without saying. But can you just build whatever you want on the property?

I'd love  to come by and just throw up some nylon tent, like a 40 foot x 20 foot  longhouse. Spray foam insulation, sandwiched with a plaster board. I'd floor it with mud bricks, and throw vinyl marble on the entrance.. it would look awesome. Inside i'd create some electrical wiring, and put solar panels all over the top.

Then again.. it'd be just better to build a small house then...

So is there a lot of coding enforcement there?
IF there isn't... i'd love to come there with a lot of tools.. and just build with you guys.

I'm overweight... so its going to be rough for a few months, until i get into the groove.

Let me know,
Dan
