Annoyed.  I am ANNOYED!!  I really, really WANT the monthly email and the preferences site is DENYING me the option to say "yes" to the press!  PFFFT

Your preferences show that the monthly email option is already chosen.  I think it only gets unchecked if you close your account.

Are you not receiving the email?  Or have you only just re-opened your account?
