Does anyone lean more towards using herbal remedies that were native to their ancestors geographic region rather than their current location? After researching more about growing the herbs that are my go to choices I've noticed they mostly originate from one region!

I too have noticed that alot of the herbs seems to come from the middle east/Mediterranean, where Asia meets Africa, meets Europe.
