Hello John,

I just checked out your book on Amazon. It looks very informative, with lots of photos and illustrations. What is one of your favorite ways to incorporate elderberry into your diet, or health regimen?

Thanks,
Heidi

we make elderberry gummies out of our elderberry syrup with grass-fed gelatin.  I take especially this time of year 3-4 gummies two to three times a day.
Helps me immensely stay well and with the workload I generally have over winter.

If a tomato is a fruit, does that mean ketchup is a smoothie? What if we mix in a tiny ad?
