On a slightly more serious note, much depends on your diet and genetics.  Vitamin A, D, zinc, vitamin K, etc. all play a role.

I highly suggest checking out the work of Dr. Chris Masterjohn.

Mullien can be beneficial, along with dozens of other plants and herbs - rosemary, garlic, etc.

Well there are minerals and vitamins that many of us are short on these days that are also crucial for immune function. These include magnesium, iodine, zinc, vitamin d, vitamin a, and vitamin k.
The best foods that I know that offer some of those things are liver, heart, oily fish, sea vegetables, and mushrooms.
