`For a long time I have had the link in my signature to 5 acres available on the Key peninsula. It is now listed with a real estate agent.

All this time I thought you were on the OTHER Long Beach peninsula in Washington. I didn't realized there was one on the Puget Sound, as well as the one famous for kite festivals down at the south western corner of Washington. Learn something new every day!

I went looking online, and found the Real Estate listing: https://www.bhgre.com/property/8709-Erickson-Rd-SW-Longbranch-WA-98351/M-1558809-NWMLS/detail. Here's a quote and some pictures from it!

A very lovely cleared sunny 5 acres with a few Evergreen trees scattered. Nice rise from paved county maintained road to over look the land. Quiet easy country living. Walking distance to JoEmma State Park. Very small area in lower SE corner possibly small pond. Underground electric power 100 amp service to center of property and driveway up to this area. There is a 30' Road and Utility easement up the West side for access to acreage behind this land. Survey documentation recorded.
