"Please edit your post" -- but the post is not editable?

Hello, I recently got girBot "probation post", whatever, thingy on one of my old posts.  It tells me I need to make some changes, which I'm willing to do, but the post in question has no edit button.

Just wondering how to best cooperate here?

looks like the edit window timed out.  I'll press a button.  You will get another PM and the edit button should reappear shortly.
