Coffee Cup Omelette w/ Recipe

Newton formulated the calculus in isolation. I figured out a new way to cook an egg in a coffee cup w/out it sticking to the sides. The Secret: Hemp Hearts! You all should give it a try and share the recipe. The best part is no pan to clean afterwards. And, after the egg is cooked, I can put my coffee in a heated cup! FYI I'm using a microwave. Please don't put your coffee cup on the stove :)
